Order Point LLC operates exclusively as a third-party intermediary telephone concierge connecting consumers with local food providers across the United States. We do not cook, assemble, prepare, or directly deliver food products.

2. Service Fees & Upfront Authorization

In addition to the restaurant menu prices and local delivery carrier fees, Order Point charges an independent coordination service fee for telephone support, custom order management, and real-time status assistance. All fees are disclosed verbally prior to payment processing.

3. Non-Affiliation Acknowledgment

Order Point is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any national sandwich franchise or fast food brand. Any menu styles mentioned serve purely descriptive identification purposes.

1. Cancellations

Because sandwiches and meals are prepared fresh immediately upon placement, orders can only be cancelled before the restaurant begins preparation. Once food prep has started, charges cannot be reversed.

2. Order Errors & Missing Items

If an item is missing or incorrectly prepared by the restaurant, please call Order Point at (888) 221-0127 immediately. We will contact the fulfilling store to dispatch a replacement, remake the meal, or issue a refund according to restaurant policies.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment card within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
